I was so impressed with Arabesque. I ordered Mamma Mia and they rang to discuss that some of the flowers were unavailable and suggested replacements which were better. I mentioned that the recipients favourite colour was orange so they put orange flowers, ribbon and paper with the flowers such a nice touch. I was so impressed with the service I received and will definitely use them again.

The bouquet was delivered on the day that I had asked for. The recipient was extremely delighted with the beautiful presentation, arrangement and quality of the flowers. Auto corrected my own address, called them and wasn't too much hassle to change. Was accommodating, to say the least. I took the chance of ordering flowers to be delivered the same day.. Actioned the order online and within minutes someone contacted me. It was to advise they were exceptionally busy, the flowers/colours in the arrangement I had chosen may not be the same due to demand however, they will prepare an arrangement just as pretty if I wish the order to still go ahead. I appreciated their prompt return call and that gave me trust and faith in them to proceed... I requested to still go ahead and was not disappointed with the results! Very pretty arrangement received and the bouquet was beautiful and filled the room. Suffice to say we are 100% satisfied and will definitely re-order with them. thank you very much

I liked being given options of florists it allowed me to check them independently. The one I chose did a perfect job. Delivered promptly. My only criticism is that it would have been nice to have notification that the flowers had been delivered.

GreatBeautiful flowers and great service - actual human interaction with nice people who know their flowers and actually want to delight their customers - all things that are very rare these days so if you value these things over easy but impersonal online poor products, only use Arabesque for your flowers orders. I have used Arabesque before as it was local to where I used to live in Maidstone. I have always been pleased with service they provide. My friend was very pleased with her basket of flowers I ordered for her 80th Birthday, she said it was beautiful. I ordered them online which was very easy to do, as I'm in Wiltshire now and my friend is in Kent. There was one thing that I would have liked to have been able to do and that was to specify a time for delivery. Where it had 'time' on the form it already said any and I couldn't change it. My friends house is very close to the street and so as she was out they were left on her doorstep. She didn't arrive home until the evening. The flowers were still there thankfully, but I did worry that they wouldn't be.

The flowers arrived on the day and were amazing. Unfortunately, the message got wet and illegible to read because the water overflowed on to the message. The message was for my best friend of 50 years. I spent considerable time choosing the words to express the importance of our friendship. I was extremely disappointed and wished a different marker or pen was used to ensure this did not happen, considering water is involved. The flowers were impressive. Thanks

It was very difficult to navigate the ordering pages. I felt like I was answering the same question, worded in a different way, on each page eg;Recipient, Who are the flowers for etc. I was a bit disappointed with the floral arrangement too, there seemed to be quite a lot of foliage but not many flowers.

Arabesque stood in at the last minute where another florist were unable to deliver. The recipient wasn't in but the driver telephoned the recipient and also myself to advise of where the flowers were and what needed to happen to them. I cannot praise the shop enough that delivered these flowers on Christmas Eve, the same day I ordered them. I asked if they could deliver on Christmas Eve I would be very grateful & it would mean so much to the friend who they were for. My friend???s husband had suffered a severe stroke, and was unable to speak or walk, so this would be the first year she wouldn???t receive flowers from him at Christmas.. With the strain of him being in a care home and all that meant with the Covid19 restrictions when these flowers turned up she was so thrilled she took them in to show him..

Easily ordered. Delivery address new build , so was not surprised when not able to find , but good communication to rectify. The reason I gave a 3 is the disappointment of the bouquet itself. Paid £37 in total but thought the bouquet had very inexpensive flowers and foliage. Never used this company before. The bouquet seemed really old fashioned in design, not like the one I ordered.As in the previous answer

I haven't seen the flowers as I live in Wiltshire, Mum is in Maidstone. However I'm sure they were delivered as requested as Mums nursing home (Poplars) use them all the time and say they are always beautiful

Wonderful service. Great customer service from Toria. I had to change the date that the flowers were been delivered. Toria was so helpful in changing the date for me. My cousin sent me a photo of the flowers and the display was stunning. So happy this was the case as the flowers were for my cousins 50th birthday as has i live in Australia it was so lovely to be able to send her some beautiful flowers direct to her home in Kent.
