Great service. Ordered tulips but the guy called me the morning to say that they didn't have any. He was really chill about it and so was I. I asked to make something nice. It turned out better than I thought. Great service 10/10 Would use again

I was so impressed with Arabesque. I ordered Mamma Mia and they rang to discuss that some of the flowers were unavailable and suggested replacements which were better. I mentioned that the recipients favourite colour was orange so they put orange flowers, ribbon and paper with the flowers such a nice touch. I was so impressed with the service I received and will definitely use them again.

Auto corrected my own address, called them and wasn't too much hassle to change. Was accommodating, to say the least. Flowers arrived for all of my daughters for Valentines day as I do every year - multiple addresses to deliver and nothing was toop much for them. Flowers were fresh and absolutely stunning. I took the chance of ordering flowers to be delivered the same day.. Actioned the order online and within minutes someone contacted me. It was to advise they were exceptionally busy, the flowers/colours in the arrangement I had chosen may not be the same due to demand however, they will prepare an arrangement just as pretty if I wish the order to still go ahead. I appreciated their prompt return call and that gave me trust and faith in them to proceed... I requested to still go ahead and was not disappointed with the results! Very pretty arrangement received and the bouquet was beautiful and filled the room. Suffice to say we are 100% satisfied and will definitely re-order with them. thank you very much

I have used Arabesque before as it was local to where I used to live in Maidstone. I have always been pleased with service they provide. My friend was very pleased with her basket of flowers I ordered for her 80th Birthday, she said it was beautiful. I ordered them online which was very easy to do, as I'm in Wiltshire now and my friend is in Kent. There was one thing that I would have liked to have been able to do and that was to specify a time for delivery. Where it had 'time' on the form it already said any and I couldn't change it. My friends house is very close to the street and so as she was out they were left on her doorstep. She didn't arrive home until the evening. The flowers were still there thankfully, but I did worry that they wouldn't be.

There was a problem with delivery date. Booked and confirmed for 24 March but when I queried non delivery was told booked for 25 March. Then delivered lovely bouquet on 25 March.

Easy to use website, when you choose the price for your selection and add to basket suddenly a service charge is added. I was a bit taken back when this happened and felt it was too much hassle to then go back and choose the standard rather then the deluxe.

Excellent service, I ordered online as we live in America but my family rang in their orders, staff were so kind to my mum when she got upset, we were all ordering funeral flowers, The website is so easy to use and so many beautiful choices.
